School Services
At Agora Princess Margaret International School we provide a wide range of services which take into account the needs of our families and favour the balance between school and family life. There are some wonderful school services designed for the whole community!
School transport
With the aim of making access to school easy for families from towns close to the Horta neighbourhood,as well as to enable families to combine work and school schedules, our school offers 2 school transport routes. Furthermore, the school places particular importance on the post of school bus monitor, to ensure a correct service and attention to pupils, and their safety.
School canteen
Agora Princess Margaret International School has a canteen with their own kitchen, with the capacity to meet the school's demand and offer alternative menus depending on the ages and needs which, due to medical prescription or reasonable cause, each pupil requires. Likewise, the preparation of the menus is carried out under the guidelines of a medical dietician who advises the school in order to offer balanced, healthy and nutritional menus, taking into account the special needs of each student. The usual menus are: general,no nuts, lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian.
Opening hours
The school opening hours are:
- Infant Education from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM
- Primary and Secondary Education from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM
As well as the school’s normal opening hours, the school schedule can be extended for families who need it, so that they can combine family life and school life without problems. The extended hours run from 8:00 to 8:45 h in the morning and 4:45 to 5:00 in the evening, for pupils in Infant, Primary, and Secondary Education.
Protected cardiovascular space
Agora Princess Margaret International School, like all the schools in the Globeducate group, are cardiovascular protected spaces with a multitude of AED (Automated External Defibrillator). In addition, all staff have been trained in learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation by the European Resuscitation Council with accredited instructors.
Shop and uniforms
Agora Princess Margaret International School has a shop where you can buy all the school uniforms and sportswear, which are compulsory for all pupils.
